The Faces Behind the Mission

Dr. Musa Muram Rabiu Chairman

Dr. Musa Rabiu holds a BSc and MSc in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Leeds Beckett University, UK. Since 2021, he has served full-time as Executive Secretary of the People Expertise & Excellence Foundation (PEEF), championing initiatives that advance human capital development across Africa.
He began his career as a Lecturer in Economics at Ahmadu Bello University before moving into corporate leadership. His distinguished career includes roles as Head of Corporate Learning & Development at Shell Petroleum Development Company, HR Internal Consultant at Shell International, The Hague, and Registrar/CEO of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
He also served as an HR Consultant at NNPC and Group Head of HR at Dangote Cement Plc. In addition, he is Executive Chairman of Consult Sabil Consultants Ltd (CSCL). A respected leader and mentor, Dr. Rabiu has made enduring contributions across both the public and private sectors in Nigeria

Mr. Endi Ezengwa Vice Chairman

Endi Ezengwa is an entrepreneur, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Priscilla Davis (Nig) Ltd and AGROPROMPTA Ltd that focus on agriculture, manufacturing of health and beauty products and consultancy services.
He is also the founder of Kiara College, Innoson Kiara Academy, Kiara De-Luke Academy – Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions that aim to bridge the gap between educational institutions and the industry in Africa using its Education for Employment (E4E) programmes. He set up and is the Director General of Abia State Education for Employment (E4) Agency.
He established Active Support and Care, a Non-Governmental Organisation that cater or people with special needs especially vulnerable women with mental health challenges. Endi is a UK trained Assessor and Internal Verifier of National Vocational Qualifications. He is a member of Internal Verifier and Assessors Institute of the United Kingdom. He also possesses a UK Registered Managers Award in Health and Social Care.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Psychological Therapies from Barts and London Medical School, London, United Kingdom, a Bachelor’s Degree of Medical Sciences with 1st Class Honours from Punjab University Chandigarh, India.

Abdullahi Mercy Oluwayemisi (Olajumoke) Secretary

Abdullahi Mercy Oluwayemisi, fondly called Olajumoke, is a dedicated scholar, educationist, and public servant whose life reflects a passion for knowledge, service, and peace. She is currently a PhD Scholar in Peace and Conflict Studies at Nasarawa State University, Keffi, where her research explores conflict transformation, peacebuilding, and the role of education in fostering sustainable development and social cohesion.

Her academic journey spans Nigeria, China, Australia, and the United States. She holds a B.A. in English Language Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; a Diploma in Computer Applications from FEMSHAD Computers, Kaduna; a Certificate in Chinese Language from Jilin Normal University, China; a Certificate in Aged Care from Best West Care, Australia; an M.Ed. TESOL from Curtin University, Perth; and a TEA Fellow Certificate from California State University, Chico. These milestones were made possible through prestigious scholarships, including the Chinese Government Scholarship, the AusAID Scholarship, and the U.S. State Department Fellowship.

Professionally, Mercy has served with excellence across education and public administration. She is currently the Personal Assistant/Confidential Secretary to the National Coordinator of the Federal CARES Support Unit (NG-CARES), and previously held roles in the Federal Project Support Unit (World Bank-assisted) and the FCT Universal Basic Education Board. She also served as President of the Australia Alumni Association of Nigeria (2018–2023), fostering global partnerships and leadership exchange.

A recipient of numerous awards, including Best Teacher in English (FCT, 2007) and multiple recognitions for service and leadership, Olajumoke is celebrated for her integrity, resilience, and commitment to empowering the poor, vulnerable, and marginalized. Beyond her career, she enjoys reading, traveling, singing, and meaningful connections. Guided by faith, empathy, and humility, Olajumoke believes strongly that education and peace are the strongest tools for transforming lives and building inclusive societies.

Mrs. Mary Ekpenyong Advocacy

Federal Commissioner with the National Assembly Service Commission. Public servant contributing to governance, oversight, and administrative reforms at national level.

Dr. Olushola Segun Odusanya

Director-General of NACETEM. Scientist and innovator with patents and international research leadership. Focuses on integrating science, technology, and policy for national development.

Mariyah Ahmad, BSc, MSc Biochemistry

Mariyah Ahmad is a distinguished healthcare professional with a BSc and MSc in Biochemistry. She currently serves as the Clinical Research Coordinator from Kriger Research Institute in Canada and is the Co-founder and CEO of Firmties International Limited, a consultancy focused on healthcare, IT, and construction.

As a dedicated humanitarian, Mariyah is the Co-founder and Executive Director of the Wholecare Supportive and Sustainable Initiative and also manages community engagement and social development projects. Her extensive experience includes managing hospitals and diagnostic centers, such as Mobihealth in the UK, Afriglobal Medicare in Lagos, Muhammadu Buhari Specialist Hospital, and Khalifa Isyaka Rabiu Paediatric Hospitals in Kano. With a strong commitment to healthcare advancement and community service, Mariyah Ahmad is an influential leader in fostering innovation and sustainable development

Mr. Olumuyiwa Falope

Olumuyiwa Falope is an accomplished leader with decades of experience in pharmaceuticals, scientific chemicals, entrepreneurship, and education. He holds a BSc in Chemistry from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MSc in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Ibadan, and is accredited member of the Canadian Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education (CCPE).

As Co-Founder of Early Childhood Development Initiative (ECDI), a global non-profit advancing equitable early learning, Muyiwa has led impactful programs that strengthen education systems and empower families across Africa. He was instrumental in launching a vocational early childhood training center in Ogun State, Nigeria, under the World Bank–funded Ogun State Skills Fund project, an initiative that continues to provide critical skills for the nation’s youth.

A strong advocate for youth empowerment and education, Muyiwa also serves on several boards, contributing his expertise in governance, international business development, and strategic growth. His career reflects a global perspective, a passion for social impact, and a proven ability to navigate complex markets and institutions.

Mechanical engineer with expertise in facilities management, oil and gas operations, and nuclear technology. Experienced in welders’ training centres and advancing technical workforce development.

Seasoned corporate strategist and Managing Associate at Joseph Odusanya and Associates, Lagos. With nearly 40 years of experience across academia, consulting, and management in Asia and over 22 African countries, he specializes in executive coaching, market development, business transformation, and talent management.

Hajiya Fareedah Yahuza Yashe

Social entrepreneur and co-founder of CESDI. Dedicated to advancing youth and women empowerment through community-based vocational training and social enterprise.

Arc. Kabir Daiyabu Mohammad

An Astute, highly accomplished and seasoned professional with over 50 years of expertise in Architecture, Facilities Management, and Procurement. Proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving development programs. Adept at fostering collaborative relationships and leading cross-functional teams. A Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Architects; An International Associate Member, American Institute of Architects.

Arc Kabir attended the Policy, Strategic and Leadership Course (PSLC) at NIPSS Kuru-Jos. Served (NYSC) at Physical Planning Unit, University of Maiduguri, work with the firm of Aminu Usman & Associates, Katsina as Project Architect, Had a Brief stint with the Firm of BluePrints Consultants, Kano as Associate Partner. Employed by Afri-Projects Consortium, as Project Field Coordinator, Southwest Zone, under the National Health and Education Rehabilitation Programme (NHERP). Joined the services of Ericon Bello & Associates as Executive Partner (Project Services) in charge of all projects. Took up appointment with National Board for Technical Education NBTE. Retired as Director, Physical Planning & Development Department. Architect Kabir have completed Multiphase Residential, Hospital, Institutional and Public Projects, from Plan Development to Completion.

Arc Kabir is also a People-Person with experience in Monitoring and Evaluating Development Programs, Fueling Global Growth and Transformative Change for Communities, with a keen interest in Youth and Women Groups. Arc Kabir Daiyabu have work with various Professionals and people of varying backgrounds to provide the highest level of expertise in aspects of Development, Growth, and client Satisfaction. Arc Kabir served on various Governing Councils of Federal/Sates Polytechnics, Monotechnics and Private Polytechnics in Nigeria. All representing NBTE. Currently engaged as the National Consultant (Procurement Services) for the World Bank-supported IDEAS Project, Project Management Unit, NBTE Kaduna.
